CORACIIFORMES: Halcyonidae
Todiramphus chloris
A Collared Kingfisher with crab.
The crab has been tossed around to turn it over, smashed against the tree branch (the wet spots to the right of the kingfisher), and will shortly be swallowed whole.
A little while later the kingfisher will retch with bill wide, as if yawning, and expel the crab shell minus the digested contents.
